Thanks to the COVID-19 crisis, we have seen a massive transformation in media usage habits. People are consuming media in ways never before, and certain opportunities have been severely impacted.

I have seen first hand how these changes have affected my clients. There have been some big losers and even bigger winners.

I am a business strategy and marketing consultant for WORC, which is a CDFI organization that supports the small business community in SE Pennsylvania.

My role with WORC is in helping small businesses pivot their business models in a time of crisis, and then promote that new model. I also created a workshop series for the organization designed to support businesses in a time of crisis, specifically how to pivot their business model, and then promote it effectively.
I am a SCORE volunteer, offering mentorship support in marketing, advertising and business strategy to members of the small business community.
